Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking a Regional Controller to provide financial oversight across a multi-branch region with hands-on accounting responsibilities. The role requires partnering with operational leadership, maintaining internal controls, and traveling regularly to branch locations in the district.

You will lead variance analysis, oversee cycle counts and inventory, and ensure data integrity between local ERP systems and corporate accounting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on managerial accounting experience.
• Experience with ERP and accounting systems required, with Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to translate financial information for an operational audience.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities across multiple sites.
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 25-30%.

Responsibilities

• Review weekly and monthly reporting for exceptions and follow up to ensure corrective action is taken.
