Job summary

Frontline Road Safety Group, a leader in road safety services, seeks a Regional Controller based in Denver, CO to manage the Colorado region and adjacent states. You will own the regional close, consolidations, and technical accounting, while partnering with operations and finance to ensure accurate reporting.

The role requires strong US GAAP expertise, multi-entity experience, and proven leadership in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
CPA strongly preferred; solid US GAAP knowledge.
Experience with multi-entity consolidations and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

Own regional month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close; ensure timely, accurate financial statements.
Manage consolidation of multiple operating entities; intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
Oversee technical accounting matters: revenue recognition (POC), lease accounting, and purchase accounting for acquisitions.
Maintain general ledger, chart of accounts, and reconciliations across regional entities.
Deliver accurate reporting packages to corporate finance; meet close calendars and standards.
Lead regional accounting team; partner with operations, estimating, fleet management, and shared services.
