Job summary

CyberCoders in Perry, GA is seeking a Regional Continuous Improvement Leader to drive Lean transformation across four plants. You will coach plant leadership, implement standard work and visual management, and lead cross-functional teams to boost safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in manufacturing, strong CI and Lean Six Sigma experience, and a track record of coaching leaders. Expect up to 50% travel across the U.S. and Canada.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in manufacturing operations and/or Continuous Improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Drive regional Continuous Improvement initiatives aligned with operational and business objectives.
  • Improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost performance across multiple manufacturing facilities.
  • Analyze KPIs including OEE, scrap, downtime, labor utilization, and OTIF performance to identify opportunities and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead Lean transformation efforts through deployment of the Green Line Operating System (GLOS).
  • Facilitate Kaizen events, A3 problem solving, 5 Why analysis, and root cause investigations.
  • Develop and implement standard work, visual management systems, and Leader Standard Work.
  • Coach, train, and develop plant leadership teams on Lean principles and change management.
  • Partner with Operations, Safety, Quality, Engineering, Logistics, and HR to ensure successful execution of improvement initiatives.

Title: Regional Continuous Improvement Leader

Location: Perry, GA

Travel: 50% through U.S. and Canada

Salary: $130,000 - $145,000

This role is best suited for a senior Continuous Improvement professional with a strong manufacturing background who has successfully led Lean transformations across multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience driving measurable improvements in safety, quality, productivity, delivery, and cost while coaching plant leadership teams and implementing sustainable operating systems.

Target Background
  • 10+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in plastics, extrusion, injection molding, packaging, building products, or other high-volume production environments
  • Proven success leading Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or Business System initiatives
  • Experience supporting multiple manufacturing sites or regional operations
  • Strong track record implementing Lean Six Sigma tools and driving cultural transformation
  • Experience coaching plant managers, operations managers, supervisors, and frontline teams
  • Comfortable traveling extensively throughout North America
  • You will be overseeing four plants
Primary Responsibilities

  • Knowledge of ERP systems and manufacturing performance reporting tools
