Job summary

Front Porch seeks a Compliance & Quality Assurance Nurse to oversee clinical compliance, quality, and regulatory readiness across multiple SNFs in Northern California, with regular travel.

This is a full-time salaried role that partners with nursing and operational leaders to promote consistent standards of care, identify risk, and strengthen readiness for regulatory surveys and audits.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing.
• Master’s degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support health services quality improvement plans to enhance resident safety and compliance.
• Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and organizational policies.
• Conduct onsite clinical compliance audits across health service lines.
• Participate in QA and Performance Improvement (QAPI) projects and analyze data.
• Review clinical records for completeness, accuracy, and regulatory alignment.
• Escalate safety or regulatory concerns and assist with corrective actions.

Education
