Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years in community engagement, victim services, or coalition work.
• Ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholders and sectors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong facilitation and follow‑up.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; ability to travel within the region.
• Commitment to survivor-centered, trauma-informed practice.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen strategic relationships with law enforcement, courts, healthcare, schools, governments, and nonprofits.
• Lead domestic violence task force coordination, planning, and follow‑up.
• Deliver trainings, presentations, and technical assistance to partners.
• Inform policy and program strategy with regional trend analysis and partner feedback.
• Support fundraising and donor engagement through community insights.
