If you're eager to make a difference in Michigan communities and have a talent for crafting compelling narratives, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Write and edit regular opinion pieces for multiple Michigan-based media outlets, focusing on local government, education, healthcare, and economic development.

  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
  • Passion for local journalism and a commitment to public service

About Us: The CCJ provides high-quality, relevant local and state opinion content to a group of small circulation newspaper sites.
