Job summary

Republic Airways is seeking a Full-time First Officer to join our Pilot team in the United States. The role supports the Captain in safe and timely piloting, with duties spanning planning, preflight checks, and in-flight operation.

Candidates must meet FAA requirements, maintain a professional standard, and commit to ongoing training to uphold our safety and service levels across Delta, American, and United routes.

Qualifications

• Must be able to plan and coordinate flight operations with weather data and FARs.
• Preflight inspections and airworthiness verification per FARs.
• Coordinate fuel planning and load manifests with Captain.
• Operate the aircraft safely and in accordance with procedures and regulations.
• Maintain knowledge of aircraft equipment, manuals, and company policies.
• Commitment to professional conduct, training, and company values.

Responsibilities

• Provide Captain with flight planning using weather data and FARs.
• Ensure airworthiness and complete preflight inspections.
• Plan and fuel flight in line with policy and regulations.
• Operate aircraft safely during duty period per Captain and FARs.
• Maintain knowledge of equipment and procedures.
• Notify crew about turbulence and operational factors.
• Complete load manifests and support on-time performance.
• Provide terminal support for passengers, baggage, and cargo.
• Maintain reliable attendance and professional appearance.
