Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. seeks a CMMS Engineer to own and deploy the EAM platform in the data center region. You will design, develop, and deploy innovative solutions, and work with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure accurate asset data and scheduled maintenance.

The role requires collaboration across AWS teams, 20% travel for new location launches, and the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CMMS experience
• 2+ years of electrical and mechanical facilities maintenance experience
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent, or 3+ years of facilities management experience
• Detail-oriented, comfortable walking large facilities, and precise with data entry.

Responsibilities

• Setup and maintain site asset data through Hexagon EAM.
• Coordinate with teams to align and schedule maintenance within the CMMS.
• Perform routine data scrubs, identify anomalies, and automate processes.
• Plan and conduct training and workshop sessions for large audiences.
