Job summary

Regency Integrated Health Services seeks a Clinical Risk Manager to serve as a clinical consultant across multiple communities. The role partners with facility and regional leadership to identify and mitigate clinical risk, analyze trends, strengthen quality improvement, and promote safety and accountability.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas in good standing.
• Strong knowledge of federal and Texas long-term care regulations and clinical practices.
• Must reside within Regency Integrated Health Services' service area.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout Texas.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical risk assessments through data collection, trend analysis, and quality indicators.
• Identify and communicate emerging risks to facility and regional leadership.
• Serve as a clinical advisor to QAPI committees and promote a culture of safety.
