Qualifications

Minimum two (2) years of clinical consulting experience.
Minimum three (3) years of leadership experience in nursing and/or healthcare related field with or without direct reports.
Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field AND minimum eight (8) years of experience in direct patient care or a directly related field.

Responsibilities

Conducts or oversees business-specific projects by applying deep expertise in subject area; promotes adherence to all procedures and policies; solves complex problems.
Facilitates leadership and consultation by independently providing expert consultation and leadership in designated areas of expertise; collaborates with interdisciplinary teams.
Facilitates policy development and implementation by developing, revising, and implementing policies, procedures, and standards; aligning with organizational objectives.
Facilitates regulatory compliance by providing consultation to ensure compliance in complex projects; leading audits and chart reviews.
