A Brief Overview
This position oversees all aspects of patient care at assigned SMP clinics as well as nursing professional practice oversight. The Regional Clinical Manager works closely with the SMP Operational Director and Medical Provider Site Lead to guide and maintain clinical practice standards, implement best-practices including those specific to clinical specialties, and ensure compliance with standards of clinical care.
The Regional Clinic Manager facilitates an atmosphere of interactive management and the development of collegial relationships among providers, staff, and others. Has major responsibility for the implementation of the vision, mission, plans, and standards of the organization and patient care within defined areas of responsibility.
The Regional Clinical Manager will act as an expert in clinical practices, providing management, resources, and guidance to on-site teams through their day-to-day workflow for assigned clinical sites. The Regional Clinical Manager will participate in various organizational committees and projects as assigned by Clinical Operations and will serve as an expert in clinical processes, policies, and procedures. The Regional Clinical Manager will report directly to the Director of Nursing Operations.

Base Pay Scale: Generally starting at $71.77 - $95.10 per hourThe salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training. This pay scale is not a promise of a particular wage.
