Job Description:
Baptist Health Medical Group is looking for a Regional Clinical Educator - Safety and Education to join their team in Louisville, KY. This role will be a hybrid role that requires local/regional travel.
Regional Clinical Educators provide strategic clinical guidance to Directors of Operations, practice managers, and clinical staff in handling clinical safety and education needs for a Region of BHMG clinics. This includes, but is not limited to, training, validations, competencies, education, safety assessments, and ongoing performance documentation at all clinic sites.
The Regional Clinical Educator is responsible for promoting patient care excellence and safety through clinical leadership, consultation, education, safety, and research benefiting staff and patients. Assesses safety and educational needs through a variety of methods, both formal and informal, including patterns and trends to aid in the development of assessments, orientation, precepting, and continuing education.
