Talentify in Henderson, NV is seeking a senior leader to oversee clinical and programmatic leadership of all regional services. You will support Directors with program development, performance improvement and staff training for treatment and prevention services.

Responsibilities include designing treatment programming, implementing PI standards, coordinating accreditation activities, and delivering mandated trainings. Supervising Master and PhD interns is also required.

Qualifications

• Licensed with LCSW/LMFT/LPC or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years of supervision/management experience.
• Experience with JCAHO/CARF pref.
• Excellent teaching and training skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical oversight for all regional treatment programs.
• Assist VP and management with program development and policy manuals.
• Design and monitor performance improvement and outcome measures.
• Deliver mandatory training per contracts/licensure.
• Coordinate clinical activity to meet accreditation standards.
