GENERAL PURPOSE

Serves as a resource to enhance overall clinical development, growth, and excellence of service delivery, ensuring translation of knowledge to practice within assigned geography. Participates as an integral member of the clinical leadership identifying areas of overall opportunity to enhance efficient and effective clinical support. Participates with the Clinical team in refinement of existing and development of new clinical programs, training, resources, and innovative care delivery models as able.

  • Hours: Full time Salaried
  • Setting: Skilled Nursing & Home Health
  • Location: Must reside in the state of Texas

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate from an accredited program for Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology
  • Must hold current license in Texas
  • Active certification in CPR preferred
  • Minimum three (3) years experience using a trans-disciplinary approach
  • Must meet Clinical Competency requirements upon hire and as needed
  • Ability to travel with overnight stay
  • Must Reside in the state of Texas- no exceptions
