Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking a Supervisor for the Client Reporting Services (CRS) team. You will oversee a small regional group of accountants, acting as the resident expert for all locations in your region and ensuring monthly financial reporting aligns with GAAP and client terms.

You’ll collaborate with tax and field personnel, drive timely reporting, review balance sheets and P&L impacts, and contribute to regional process improvements while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
• Minimum of 5+ years in General Accounting or Finance with GAAP experience.
• Experience supervising staff is preferred.
• Commercial Property Management accounting and client financial reporting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a small team of accountants within an assigned region.
• Serve as the resident expert on all locations within the region.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly reporting and reviews of financials.
• Coordinate with tax team to ensure timely filings and payments.
• Lead regional P&L discussions and provide management insights.
• Maintain regular team check-ins and contribute to process improvements.
