Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Performance Manager to lead optimization of operational performance for Insurance Partners. You will work with National Account teams and shops to drive improvements, train leaders on WOW processes, and communicate results to stakeholders.

The role emphasizes data-driven improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and monitoring scorecards to raise repair center performance. AZ-based with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or professional equivalent experience.
• 3 years collision repair experience.
• 3 years knowledge of Insurance Partner guidelines and scorecard metrics.
• Understanding of WOW Operating Way processes and estimator responsibilities.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supports achievement of operational and client metrics through audits and coaching.
• C conducts internal audits on KPIs and communicates findings for improvement.
• Develops understanding of client expectations and improves repair center performance.
• Communicates performance information to leadership and helps create improvement plans.
• Trains market and shop leaders on WOW repair processes and estimating practices.
• Extracts and analyzes data from internal reporting tools and scorecards.
