Regional Client Experience Marketing Specialist
OneDigital’s growing and we’re looking for a Regional Marketing Specialist to join our team! The ideal candidate will have experience in an integrated, digital, content, design and results-focused marketing environment. You will support regional-focused Client Experience initiatives while collaborating with our national marketing team to deliver strategies and assets for OneDigital’s insurance, HR, and financial services solutions. You will have opportunities to manage a wide variety of marketing projects—including building the brand, managing campaigns to drive client expansion, developing thought leadership content, planning and executing industry events, developing print collaterals and website messaging, and executing marketing automation activities.
This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills to design and deliver remarkable client experiences that drive business growth. This role supports the Regional Client Experience Marketing team and reports to the Regional Manager of Client Experience Marketing.

The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year.
Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance. We also offer eligible employees health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits, paid time off, overtime pay for non-exempt employees, and robust learning and development programs. You will receive reimbursement of job-related expenses per the company policy and may receive employee perks and discounts.
