Regional Client Experience Marketing Specialist

OneDigital’s growing and we’re looking for a Regional Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in an integrated, digital, content, design and results-focused marketing environment. You will support regional-focused Client Experience initiatives while collaborating with our national marketing team to deliver strategies and assets for OneDigital’s insurance, HR, and financial services solutions. You will have opportunities to manage a wide variety of marketing projects—including building the brand, managing campaigns to drive client expansion, developing thought leadership content, planning and executing industry events, developing print collaterals and website messaging, and executing marketing automation activities.

In this role, you will
  • Provide support for the development and execution of the region’s client experience marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing team in developing strategies and best practices to support the region’s retention and client expansion goals that drive growth and retention.
  • Assist in crafting and executing defensive RFP responses, working with client service teams to position the company as the preferred partner and address client needs.
  • Support the consistent application of brand guidelines and templates across all client deliverables, ensuring materials align with the brand identity.
  • Support regional event marketing initiatives and provide consulting on event marketing best practices to offices in the region.
  • Manage brand awareness activities in the region, including enablement resources, CX event marketing, and regional client messaging.
  • Collaborate on an end-to-end customer journey strategy and develop plans to engage customers at every stage to enhance overall client experience and loyalty.
  • Support client feedback mechanisms to identify areas for improvement and drive experience enhancements.
The ideal candidate
  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience in employee benefits, insurance, human resources, and/or financial services
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Information Design or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to drive MQLs as a result of integrated and digital marketing campaigns in a B2B environment
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Experience with social, digital, design tools, and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, Facebook; HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, WordPress, Google Analytics; Adobe Suite, Canva; Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Smartsheet)
  • Proactive, energetic, and able to work independently or with a team
  • Ability to coordinate outside vendors to meet multiple deadlines
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow with constructive feedback

The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year.

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on performance.
