H&R Block is seeking an Area Experience Leader to supervise 4–6 retail offices in the United States, driving a consistent consultative client experience and overseeing readiness, staffing, and operations.

As a hands-on leader, you will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, travel between locations, and influence business results through disciplined execution and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit retail/service/operations with accountability for performance.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative experience.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and accountability skills.
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into action.
• Willingness to travel frequently between offices and work evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of consultative client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, coaching for performance.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors and outcomes to strengthen teams.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
