Job summary

American Driver is seeking drivers for a dedicated regional route with predictable freight and top-tier pay. Expect ~2,000 miles weekly, a single regional planner handling your route, and consistent earnings with guaranteed weekly pay during the initial period.

New drivers receive $850/week during 4–6 weeks of training; orientation adds $300 and performance bonuses; 34-hour weekly restart at home ensures ample home time.

Qualifications

• New Drivers: paid training (4–6 weeks) at $850/week; requires 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school.
• Experienced Drivers: 6+ months OTR in the last year OR 12+ months in the last 5 years (Military driving counts via DD214).

Responsibilities

• Drive the dedicated regional route with ~2,000 miles weekly.
• Work with a single regional planner for route management.
• Meet safety, regulatory, and performance expectations; participate in orientation and bonuses as offered.
