Job summary

American Driver is seeking drivers for a dedicated regional role with predictable weekly miles and a single regional planner managing operations. Expect around 2,000 miles weekly, mostly drop-and-hook, with home time on a 34-hour restart and weekly pay guarantees during onboarding.

New drivers receive 850/week training for 4–6 weeks; experienced drivers require 6+ months OTR in the last year or 12+ months in five years. A strong pay package includes mileage pay and overtime where applicable.

Qualifications

• Requires 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school.
• 6+ months OTR in the last year OR 12+ months in the last 5 years (Military driving counts via DD214).
• Age 21+ with a valid CDL.
• Clean driving record (max 2 moving violations in 2 years; zero major preventable accidents in 5 years).
