Job summary

PITCO Foods in Fresno is seeking a Class A Shuttle Driver to safely operate a tractor-trailer and meet delivery schedules. You will perform pre/post trip inspections, maintain route paperwork and shuttle trailers between Fresno and Sacramento while upholding DOT regulations.

Ideal candidates have a Class A CDL, at least 1 year of verifiable driving experience, a clean MVR, pass a drug test, and be able to lift up to 60 pounds. Bilingualism is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Class A CDL.
• Requires at least 1 year of experience with an active Class A license.
• Must have an acceptable MVR per hiring standards.
• Must meet DOT/FMCSA regulatory requirements.
• Ability to count and perform basic math.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds; safety first.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre and post trip inspections of vehicles and trailers.
• Review and maintain route paperwork for accuracy.
• Operate vehicles safely and in accordance with Pitco guidelines.
• Complete driver log submissions.
• Shuttle empty trailers Fresno to Sacramento and back.
