Job summary

Staffmark is seeking a Regional Class A Flatbed Driver in Jacksonville, FL. You will operate regional routes, hauling Conestoga flatbeds and ensuring on-time deliveries while adhering to DOT safety standards.

Ideal candidates hold a valid CDL A with flatbed and Conestoga trailer experience, and are willing to assist with unloading freight. Regular overnight travel and two days off after each two-week cycle are common.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Flatbed experience preferred.
• Conestoga trailer experience preferred.
• Ability to securely load and transport freight.
• Willingness to assist with unloading freight at delivery locations.
• Ability to work regional routes and overnight travel schedules.
• Must meet DOT regulations and Staffmark hiring standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class A vehicles on regional delivery routes.
• Haul garage door components with Conestoga flatbed/van trailers.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Secure freight using proper load securement methods.
• Assist customers and warehouses with unloading as needed.
• Ensure on-time deliveries while complying with DOT safety rules.
• Complete shipping paperwork accurately and maintain communication with dispatch.
