Job summary

The Driving Desk in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Regional Class A Driver to cover routes across the Eastern U.S. You will operate dry van equipment on regional lanes with steady freight, predictable miles, and consistent pay.

Weekly pay ranges from $1,200 to $1,400 with mileage pay about $0.55–$0.65 per mile and $15 per stop. Home time every two weeks with a 34‑hour reset and full benefits including health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A CDL.
• Open to trainees and experienced drivers.
• Residence within 200 miles of AL, FL, GA, LA, MS hiring area.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Run regional routes across the Eastern U.S.
• Handle a mix of live load/unload, drop & hook, preload, and load assist.
• Maintain safe and efficient driving practices.
• Operate dry van equipment and support regional operations.
