Job summary

Expected weekly earnings range from $1,200 to $1,400 plus mileage pay, bonuses, and benefits including 401(k), health/dental, and PTO after 30 days. This role emphasizes safety and a stable work history, with regular orientation and benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Graduation from an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours of training.
• At least six months driving experience within the past year and one year within the past three years, or eligible for training program.
• Generally stable 10-year work history.
• No DUI convictions within the past five years.
• No felony or misdemeanor convictions within the past 10 years, subject to applicable law.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screens.

Responsibilities

• Operate 100% no-touch dry van freight on regional routes.
• Cover approximately 2,500 miles per week with biweekly home time.
• Occasional day and night driving; 4–6 weeks of training for new drivers.
• Attend one-day orientation at the nearest hub.
• Adhere to safety and company policies; participate in bonus programs.
