Job summary

Andersen Corporation is seeking a Regional OTR Class A Driver based in Bayport, MN or Menomonie, WI to haul Andersen freight to dealers and pick up materials. Expect Monday–Friday work with potential weekends and 2–4 nights out.

The role features profit sharing, quarterly incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package. You will drive safely, maintain logs per DOT rules, load/unload products, and represent Andersen professionally.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with doubles endorsement if twin trailers pulled.
• 2 years’ tractor-trailer experience, including winter driving.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math for logs and receipts.
• Strong verbal communication and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with Federal DOT regulations.
• Drive safely and defensively, especially in tight or winter conditions.
• Maintain logs, fuel purchases, mileage records, and other required records.
• Safely load/unload products at customer locations.
• Assist with loading and unloading windows and doors weighing up to 100 lbs.
