Job summary

Valor is seeking Class A CDL drivers for Midwest Regional routes with home weekends and 48 hours at home. Expect no-touch dry van freight, weekly earnings around $1,620–$2,020 and a comprehensive benefits package starting after 60 days.

Trucks are modern models with extras; sign-on bonuses up to $1,500 and safety bonuses apply. Night driving is common; weekend home time is guaranteed. Many driver incentives are highlighted in the program.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 months of verifiable Class A OTR or Regional experience in the last 3 years.
• Two of those months must include winter conditions (Dec-Jan-Feb).
• No more than 3 moving violations in CMV in the last 3 years; none in the last year.
• No DOT Preventable Accidents in the last 3 years; no more than 3 parking lot incidents in 2 years.
• Maximum of 4 driving jobs in the last 12 months; cannot have been terminated in the last 12 months.
