Job Description :

• Haul regional freight across the Southwest. This fleet is tailored for drivers who want predictable home time and efficient lanes, running an average of 2,000 miles per week with a 300-mile average length of haul.

Equipment :

• 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths — clean, reliable, and fully supported with 24/7 operations access.

Pay :

• Average $1,200 per week — plus performance bonuses available up to an additional 3 CPM based on safety, miles, and productivity.

Home Time :

• Weekly 34-hour resets

Experience :

• 1 year preferred (will train the right candidate)

Additional Benefits :

• Detention Pay : $12.50 / hour after 2 hours
• Layover / Breakdown Pay : $100 / day
• Vacation Pay : 1 year = 1 week, 3 years = 2 weeks, 7 years = 3 weeks, 15 years = 4 weeks
