Job summary

Ryder is hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver in Norcross, GA. The position offers weekly pay, excellent benefits, and a driving career. Routes include GA, NC, FL, TN with a regional weekly schedule and day cab tractors.

Start time is 5:00 AM, Monday–Friday. Training is provided, and Ryder emphasizes safety and compliance across all operations. Drivers can expect pay details such as $1825 per week, plus per diem and additional benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test.
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years.
• Pass a DOT physical.
• Pass a Ryder road test.
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position.
• Minimum 9 months experience in the past 3 years or 2 years in last 5 years or 5 years in last 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with applicable federal/state laws, regulations, and agency rules.
• Maintain accurate records and logs.
• Load/unload freight or assist with loading/unloading if required by customer.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
