Job summary

Staffmark is seeking a Class A CDL Delivery Driver in Carol Stream, IL. The position features regional routes with a typical 7 AM start, Monday–Friday, and possible 2–3 nights away with hotel stays.

You will load, deliver, and unload products, maintain safety and DOT compliance, and provide professional customer service. Compensation is $31.00 per hour with a $50 daily per diem for overnights, plus weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license.
• DOT Medical Card.
• FMCSA Clearinghouse registered and clear MVR.
• 1 year CDL experience (within the past 3 years).
• No more than 3 moving violations/at-fault accidents (within the past 3 years).
• No DUI, reckless driving, or serious violations (within the past 5 years).

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles on local and regional routes, maintaining DOT compliance and on-time delivery.
• Load, unload, and deliver products to customer locations, handling materials up to 50 pounds.
• Perform pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip inspections and report issues promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and obtain delivery confirmations.
• Navigate varying road, traffic, weather, and loading dock conditions safely.
• Complete required DOT and company documentation and support warehouse activities.
