365 Freight USA is hiring safety-focused Class A CDL professionals to join our Montgomery, AL team. We offer 100% paid practical miles, secure terminal parking, and comprehensive benefits as part of our expanding fleet operations along the Eastern U.S. corridor.

Expect top weekly pay, a $1,500 sign-on bonus paid over three months, and a retirement plan with 401(k) matching. Our equipment is modern with no-touch, drop-and-hook freight, and weekly home time with a full 48-hour weekend reset.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with DOT medical card.
• Clean MVR on record.
• Minimum three months verifiable OTR or regional tractor-trailer experience.
• Willingness to participate in up to six weeks of paid on-the-job training for entry-level applicants.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor-trailer for regional routes east of I-35.
• Maintain compliant logs and safety practices.
• Perform drop-and-hook and no-touch freight where available.
• Adhere to company policies including rider programs from day one.
