Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and minimum age of 21.
• Graduate from an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours of instruction.
• Good driving record: no major accidents, citations, or license suspensions in the past 5 years; no DUI in past 5 years.
• Employment history showing consistent work over the past 10 years; at least 6 months in the most recent year and 1 year in the last 3 years.
• Ability to pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screenings.
• No involuntary termination from safety-related reasons.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional routes originating in Virginia and serving the Northeast, transporting dry van freight under drop-and-hook, no-touch conditions.
• Maintain runs with typical weekly mileage of 1,500–2,800 miles depending on routing.
• Participate in orientation in Williamsburg, VA or at the nearest terminal and follow schedule (mostly Mon–Fri) with a 34-hour reset at home.
