Job summary

Beast Mode Truckin is recruiting Class A CDL drivers to operate regional routes serving Virginia and the Northeast. This role involves 100% no-touch dry van freight with a majority of drop-and-hook assignments.

Orientation provided in Williamsburg, VA or at the closest terminal. You will have predictable home time tied to the federally mandated 34-hour reset and weekly miles of 1,500–2,800, with a comprehensive benefits package after 30 days including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid Class A CDL and be at least 21 years old.
• Graduated from an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours of instruction.
• Must have a clean driving record with no major accidents, citations, or license suspensions in past 5 years.
• No involuntary termination for safety-related reasons in past employment.
• Ability to pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screenings.
• Background review for felonies/misdemeanors on case-by-case basis by safety team.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional routes originating in Virginia and serving the Northeast.
• Transport dry van freight under no-touch, drop-and-hook conditions.
• Maintain safety and compliance while meeting mileage targets of 1,500–2,800 miles per week.
