American Driver is hiring Class A CDL regional drivers with paid training. You’ll start with hands-on training paired with an experienced trainer, on real highways, with real loads, not simulators.

Regional routes offer consistent home time every two weeks, with a guaranteed pay structure during training and strong weekly earnings once solo. Applicants must meet DOT and safety standards and pass pre-employment screens.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid, active Class A CDL.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Provide proof of 120+ hours from driving school.
• Driving record with no major recent incidents.
• Pass DOT medical exam and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Haul enclosed regional freight on dry van trailers.
• Maintain daily digital logs and comply with federal hours.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Coordinate with dispatch and freight management teams.
