Job summary

Beast Mode Truckin is hiring Class A CDL Regional Truck Drivers for consistent, no-touch dry van freight throughout the Eastern Seaboard. CDL graduates are welcome, and structured training is available for newer drivers.

Drivers earn weekly pay of $1,200–$1,400 and $0.55–$0.65 per mile, with a $15 per stop bonus and a $0.06-per-mile safety bonus for meeting safety and MPG targets. Orientation is provided, with 30 days of post-start benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Graduation from an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours of training.
• Six months driving experience in the past year and one year in the past three years.
• Clean driving record with no major accidents or violations in the past five years.
• No DUI in the past five years.
• No felony or misdemeanor convictions in the past 10 years.
• Must pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screens.

Responsibilities

• Operate 100% no-touch dry van freight on regional routes across the Eastern Seaboard.
• Maintain safe driving practices and meet performance standards (e.g., MPG).
• Biweekly home time with typical cycles of 12 days on the road and 2 days at home.
• Complete orientation and 4–6 weeks of training if applicable, with orientation at the nearest hub.
• Deliver on-time and adhere to company policies and safety procedures.
