Mid-Atlantic Roofing Supply, Inc. is seeking a Class A CDL driver to deliver inventory within a 150‑mile radius. You will inspect loads, ensure proper securing, and complete delivery paperwork with signatures while maintaining accurate logs.

The role requires a clean driving record, 1+ year tractor-trailer experience, and the ability to pass background, motor vehicle, and drug checks. A strong emphasis on safety and responsible, detail-oriented work is essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A driver’s license and clean driving record.
• 1+ years tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Pass background check, motor vehicle check, and drug test.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Detail-oriented and safety-focused.
• Able to operate GPS and loading equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and safely drive delivery vehicle per regulations and policies.
• Drive GVW >26,000 lbs and tow >10,000 lbs.
• Secure contents to prevent damage; unload at destinations.
• Obtain signatures and complete delivery paperwork.
• Verify shipment contents match manifest; perform pre/post-trip inspections.
• Maintain vehicle; refuel, oil changes, tire pressure; report issues.
• Maintain detailed driving and delivery logs (electronic).
• Comply with company and DOT safety practices and keep workspace clean.
