Job summary

Optimum Staffing , Inc is seeking a Regional Class A CDL driver to operate a Day Cab with a 53′ Dry Van. This full-time position offers weekly earnings of $1,600+ and typical routes of about 2,500 miles per week, with dispatch scheduled a week in advance.

Expect touch freight and driver-assisted unloading using a pallet jack and liftgate. Available schedules include Sunday–Thursday or Monday–Friday, with shifts around 9–11 hours and DOT compliance throughout regional routes.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• 24–36 months of verifiable commercial driving experience.
• Must be 23 years of age or older.
• Comfortable with Day Cab and 53′ Dry Van.
• Able to average ~2,500 miles per week.
• Willing to touch freight and unload.
• DOT Physical, Drug Screen, and Background checks required.
• No DUIs/DWIs within the last 5 years.
• No more than 3 moving violations within the last 36 months.

• Average approximately 2,500 miles per week
• Paid Weekly!
• Full-time Regional driving position
• Schedule options include Sunday–Thursday or Monday–Friday
• Dispatch times vary – drivers receive their dispatch schedule approximately 1 week in advance
• Work approximately 9–11 hour shifts
• Average 3–4 layovers per week
• Operate a Class A Day Cab with a 53′ Dry Van
• Deliver garage doors, parts, and supplies
• Touch Freight: Driver-assisted unloading at customer locations
• Unload freight using a pallet jack and liftgate
• Safely complete assigned regional routes while following all DOT requirements

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• Must be comfortable running approximately 2,500 miles per week
• Must be available for either a Sunday–Thursday or Monday–Friday schedule

• Must be willing and able to perform Touch Freight and driver-assisted unloading
• Must be comfortable using a pallet jack and liftgate
• Must be able to pass a DOT Physical, Drug Screen, and Background Checks
