Fairmont Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Regional Director of People & Culture based at Fairmont Copley Plaza in Boston. You will oversee the People & Culture function region-wide, aligning people goals with business aims to drive exceptional outcomes while upholding the brand’s values.

You will guide Directors of People & Culture, champion diversity and inclusion, and ensure compliance, leadership development, and effective action planning across the region.

Qualificações

• Values based individual who has the interest and ability to embrace the culture of each unique property
• University Degree in HR or related discipline preferred
• Strong business acumen and analytical thinker
• Excellent presentation skills
• Foster an inclusive environment where every individual feels valued and respected

Responsabilidades

• Adhere to region and hotels' labor laws and key amendments
• Advise and guide on local legal HR matters with legal counsel as appropriate
• Handle Ethics / Compliance / Privacy matters as required
• Foster a positive, engaged, and inclusive workplace culture rooted in kindness, unity, humility, and patience
• Provide guidance and direction on communication strategies for promoting completion of initiatives and celebrating successes
• Lead succession planning and movement of internal People across the Region
• Oversee regional salary and merit reviews and STIP awards
• Recruit and onboard Directors, People & Culture and support regional leadership hiring
