Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 10 years of related experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory/management capacity.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required (up to 40%).
• Experience with estimating policies and cost databases is valued.

Responsibilities

• Manages and administers estimating functions in the assigned region, area or group, including budgets, staffing and work assignments.
• Implements estimating policies to meet corporate objectives.
• Supports project managers in negotiating POs, subcontracts and change orders during procurement.
• Oversees market cost studies, materials and methods, and updates cost databases.
• Collaborates with leadership to determine strategies and resources.
• Coordinates with design leads for cost effectiveness and constructability for proposals.
