Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manages and administers estimating functions across regions or groups.
• Implements policies to meet corporate objectives in estimating.
• Provides administrative and technical assistance in negotiations for purchase orders and subcontracts.
• Supervises preparation of market cost studies and materials/methods data.
• Reviews final estimates and proposals for accuracy and completeness.
