Job summary

Stellantis NV is seeking a Regional Chief Engineer to lead base engine design, development, NVH, fuel efficiency, performance, durability and emissions. You will drive cross-functional teams, approve development plans, and ensure delivery to executive leadership with cost and schedule discipline.

The role requires a track record in propulsion engineering, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate global teams across departments to resolve complex issues while meeting program objectives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years propulsion system engineering or calibration experience.
• Understanding of phased gated launch processes for product development.
• Strong communication to executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Summarize technical inputs for recommendation to executive leadership.
• Approve technical decisions, timing plans, CNs, bulletins, engine build books and service manuals.
• Approve and execute complete engine development/validation plans for all project phases.
• Act as key engine expert for assigned projects.
