Job summary

Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) is seeking a Regional Manager to serve as the essential staff partner for a portfolio of EO chapters, ensuring chapter health and leadership effectiveness in alignment with EO standards.

In this role, you will guide strategic planning, growth initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration across regions, with a focus on data-driven insights and strong project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in product engagement, program management, product marketing, member engagement, or a related role.
• Experience in a membership-based, nonprofit, association, or global organization is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 10–12 chapters as the primary staff relationship owner.
• Serve as the main liaison to Area Directors, Chapter Staff, and Chapter Presidents.
• Organize monthly touchpoints with ADs, Chapter Staff, and Presidents.
• Support chapter strategic planning and regional/global programming.
