Key Responsibilities

Operational Oversight:Ensure efficient and accurate operations for claim generation, billing, accounts receivable, and collections processes.

Strategic Leadership:Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to streamline workflows and improve overall revenue cycle performance.

Team Management:Lead, mentor, and train CBO personnel, including charge entry, authorization, and data analyst teams, and conduct performance evaluations.

Financial Management:Oversee departmental budgets and monitor fiscal operations to achieve goals within budgeted resources.

Compliance:Ensure the CBO's operations comply with healthcare laws, regulations, and payer requirements.

Stakeholder Collaboration:Work with internal leaders, payers, and vendors to enhance operational workflows and manage relationships.
