Job summary

Behavior Treatment & Analysis is seeking a Regional Centers Supervisor to oversee daily operations, support teams, and deliver a positive experience for families served. The Multicenter Manager will coordinate staffing and monitor KPIs across multiple California centers.

Travel between Antioch, Richmond and Walnut Creek will be required to maintain service continuity and lead with purpose, empowering teams to make an impact in a mission-driven setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, team supervision, or a service-oriented environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and drive operational results.
• ABA, healthcare, behavioral health, or childcare experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and active auto insurance required.
• Availability to travel between BTA centers as needed.
• Bilingual (Spanish preferred).

What You'll Do
