Job summary

ASB Freight Co. is hiring CDL-A drivers for a regional dedicated account serving Mid-Atlantic and Northeast locations. This role offers weekly home time, consistent freight, and extra pay for unloading and backhaul assignments.

Drivers unload using a roller system at customer sites and operate a Class A vehicle safely on regional routes across VA, NC, DC, PA, NJ, OH, and WV. Earn weekly pay, benefits, and a sign-on bonus for qualified applicants.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license required and in good standing.
• Minimum 3 months of recent Class A tractor-trailer experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old and authorized to work in the US.
• Must meet DOT qualification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A commercial vehicle safely.
• Deliver dry van freight to retail locations.
• Unload freight using a roller system at customer locations.
• Complete inspections and electronic logs.
• Follow DOT regulations and safety policies.

Job Description

We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a regional dedicated account serving retail locations throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast. This position offers weekly home time, dedicated freight, and additional compensation for unloading and backhaul assignments.

Drivers on this account unload freight using a roller system at customer locations.

Schedule

• Home weekly with a 34-hour reset
• Average 1,500 miles per week
• Average 1-6 delivery stops per trailer
• Regional routes

Operating Area

Drivers primarily operate throughout:

• Virginia
• North Carolina
• Washington, DC
• Pennsylvania
• New Jersey
• Ohio
• West Virginia

Compensation

• $0.60-$0.73 CPM (based on experience)
• Average weekly earnings: $1,725-$2,200
• $250 unload pay per trailer
• $35 backhaul pay
• $125 weekly incentive for completing three unloads
• Additional pay for qualifying deliveries into New York City boroughs
• Sign-on bonus available for qualified applicants

Job Responsibilities
