Job summary

ASB Freight Co. is seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated regional account in Virginia and West Virginia. Expect weekly home time, approximately 2,000 miles per week, and about four loads per week with a sleeper tractor and 100% touch freight.

Earners receive mileage pay based on experience, including sign-on bonuses, with weekly pay and a stable freight outlook. Training is provided for pallet-jack unloading; night and weekend work is required.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Class A CDL.
• At least 3 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer experience.
• Be physically capable of unloading freight using a powered pallet jack.
• Be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Meet applicable DOT qualification requirements.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform regional deliveries across Virginia and West Virginia.
• Average ~2,000 miles per week and ~4 loads per week.
• Operate a sleeper tractor with 34-hour weekly reset.
• 100% touch freight; unload with pallet jack (training provided).
• Primarily overnight operation with regular home time.

Join a Dedicated Regional Fleet

We're hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated regional account offering weekly home time, consistent miles, and steady freight throughout Virginia and West Virginia.

This position is ideal for drivers who don't mind staying active and are looking for dependable freight with competitive weekly earnings.

Position Summary

• Weekly home time with a 34-hour reset
• Drivers living close to the distribution center may have opportunities to take 10-hour breaks at home between runs
• Approximately 2,000 miles per week
• Average of 4 loads each week
• Assigned sleeper tractor
• 100% touch freight
• Driver unload using a powered pallet jack (training provided)
• Primarily overnight operation

Compensation

Mileage pay is based on verified experience:

• 0-12 months: $0.53 CPM
• 12-36 months: $0.55 CPM
• 37-60 months: $0.56 CPM
• 61+ months: $0.58 CPM

Additional earning opportunities include:

• $55 per full unload
• $20 per delivery stop
• Average weekly earnings: Approximately $1,500
• Higher earnings may be available based on miles, productivity, and applicable incentive programs.

Sign-on bonus available.
