Land O'Lakes, Inc. is seeking a regional driver to transport Animal Nutrition products within a defined territory, headquartered in Neosho, MO.

The role involves overnight stays and weekend home time, with a daily focus on safety and regulatory compliance. You’ll operate under Nutra Blend, a leader in vitamins and premixes for the feed industry, joining a transportation team that prioritizes reliability and on-time delivery across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• 1+ years of commercial driving experience.
• Possesses valid Class A CDL with Airbrakes.
• HAZ-MAT Endorsement or ability to obtain within 60 days.
• Tanker Endorsement; additional endorsements may be required.
• Strong safety and regulatory compliance adherence.
• Basic computer and math skills; read/write instructions.
• Willingness to be out from home a minimum of two nights weekly.

Responsibilities

• Follows all driving and safety policies.
• Comply with FMCSA and DOT regulations.
• Follow safety processes and promote safety for self/others.
• Show up on time and meet deadlines.
• Follow standard operating procedures.
• Operate a powered pallet jack.
• Maintain professional teamwork and communication.
• Be away from home minimum two nights weekly.
