The ideal candidate will have extensive utility construction experience and be skilled in delivering effective training in both classroom and field settings. Strong communication and organization skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in utility construction or related field.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build trust with employees.
• Willingness to travel across the Western Region.

Responsibilities

• Support CDL instruction, driver coaching, and retraining as needed.
• Deliver compliance and safety training, including onboarding and OSHA.
• Conduct field safety visits, audits, and incident follow‑up.

Skills

Extensive field experience in utility construction

Current CDL or ability to obtain CDL qualification

Strong understanding of safe driving practices

Working knowledge of DOT requirements

Ability to deliver effective training

Strong communication skills

Organization and reporting skills
