Qualifications

• Extensive field experience in power line construction (distribution and/or transmission).
• In-depth understanding of line work safety practices, rigging, grounding, and energized work.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build trust with field personnel.

Responsibilities

• Visit crews daily to observe work practices and provide on-site coaching and feedback.
• Identify and correct potential hazards before incidents occur.
• Conduct safety audits and follow-up reviews with crews.

Skills
