Job summary

Ruan is hiring Class A CDL flex drivers to support our dedicated customer in the Phoenix, AZ area. Flex drivers work multiple routes, covering for vacations and absences, with travel heavy duties and home every other week.

Eligible drivers must live within 50 miles of a major airport and complete the required DOT profile. Compensation includes $105,000 per year, paid weekly, at $43 per hour with $25 per diem per day while traveling; travel expenses such as rental car fuel and baggage fees are

Qualifications

• Minimum 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past three years
• Must be at least 22 years old and able to read and speak English sufficiently
• No more than three moving violations in the past three years
• No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years
• Must create a profile at fmcsa.dot.gov before being hired

Responsibilities

• Flex drivers cover multiple routes to support vacations, absences, and fill-ins
• Based within 50 miles of a major airport; travel-heavy assignments
• Haul freight in various trailer types and may assist with unloading when needed
